BRAD DEMPTON

President and CEO

Brad is a graduate of Florida State University with a Bachelors in Risk Management and Insurance in 2001, earned the designation of a Certified Insurance Counselor in 2007. With over 20 years of specializing in construction risk management & insurance, he is an expert in Florida Workers’ Compensation Insurance coverage and claims. Prior to founding Construction Casualty Insurance in 2015, Brad Dempton served as President and Partner at Bowen, Miclette & Britt of Sarasota. Before that, he was the VP at Brown & Brown Insurance in Daytona Beach from 2001-2010.

 
 

KIM CURRY

Partner, Executive Vice President of Operations

Kim’s insurance career began in 2012 at Bowen, Miclette & Britt of Sarasota, where her passion for insurance took shape. Earning her 2-20 License in 2013, with her focus on new business marketing and loss control services. In 2014, she became an account manager while simultaneously earning her CISR designation, showcasing her commitment to mastering every aspect of her craft.

A pivotal moment in Kim's career arrived in 2015 when she joined Construction Casualty Insurance as a Partner. Her ability to understand the unique challenges and opportunities within the insurance landscape allowed her to bring innovative perspectives to the table. Today, as the Executive VP of Operations, Kim channels her wealth of experience, strategic thinking, and relentless dedication into every facet of the insurance process. Beyond being an insurance partner, she embodies the spirit of a visionary leader—transforming challenges into opportunities and complexities into crystal-clear solutions.

 
 

TOBIN ROBECK

Partner, Sr. Vice President

Tobin has dedicated his career to simplifying complex challenges. Graduating from Eckerd College with a Bachelors in Business Management, Tobin's experience spans VP roles at Regions Bank, Senior Vice President and CFO at P.J. Callaghan Construction, and co-founding CompCorrect. With roles spanning executive leadership, finance, risk management, technology, and business development, he has proven his ability to create efficiencies and innovate tailored solutions that balance cost factors and risk profiles, reflecting a deep understanding of customer needs. Beyond his professional roles, Tobin's community involvement and achievements, such as being a board member of community organizations like Sol Relief, highlight his commitment to service and leadership.

MARY ANN STILES

Vice President, General Counsel

Mary Ann Stiles received her Juris Doctor from Antioch School of Law in Washington, d. C.; Bachelor of Science from Florida State University and Associates of Arts from Hillsborough Community College in Tampa, Florida. While at FSU, she served as Legislative Analyst for the Florida House of Representatives on Workers Compensation & Labor Issues. During law school, Ms. Stiles interned in the U. S. Senate for Senator Lawton Chiles. Upon graduation, Ms. Stiles served as Vice President, General Counsel and Legislative Representative on business issues to Associated Industries of Florida. Ms. Stiles operated her law firm Stiles, Taylor & Grace from 1982 to 2012 specializing in workers compenation. She continued that practice of law at Quintairos, Prieto & Boyer to 2020 before joining CompCorrect as its Vice President and General Counsel. Ms. Stiles also owned several businesses including a PEO, restaurants, and was a founding shareholder of Platinum Bank in Brandon. She served as General Counsel and/or on Board of Directors to several corporations including Associated Industries Insurance Company. She is in the WCRI Hall of Fame for Workers Compensation and The Circle of Gold at FSU. In addition to being appointed to several commissions and committees, she has been honored by her peers and several other entities with several awards for her leadership as an attorney and business woman.

 
 

KATIE KING

Partner, Assistant Vice President, Agent

Katie King, is a seasoned professional with a passion for crafting insurance solutions that redefine industry standards. As a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist (CRIS), Katie brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table. Her expertise shines brightest in the realm of large commercial construction, manufacturing, trucking, and marine risks. With an unparalleled understanding of these intricate industries, she thrives on tackling complex risk management challenges head-on. Her approach involves blending innovative ideas, valuable resources, and creative insurance strategies. Through this unique approach, Katie empowers her clients to not only navigate the insurance landscape but also elevate their competitive edge within the industry.

ANDREW PRIEST

Marketing Director

Andrew Priest is a fourth-generation Floridan and a graduate of Florida State University with a Bachelors in Political Science and a Masters in International Affairs. He joined the CCI team in the Fall of 2020 after obtaining his 2-20 license. Andrew is an integral part of the CCI team, where he handles commercial insurance marketing. Andrew is the leader of his department and focuses on procuring the best terms, conditions, and pricing for CCI’s clients. Prior to insurance, Andrew served as a Graduate Assistant Football coach for the Texas A&M Aggies and the Florida State Seminoles.

 
 

Hayley Taylor

Lead Senior Account Manager

As an experienced Account Manager with a remarkable journey that began in the insurance industry in 2010, Hayley has honed her expertise and dedication over the years, backed by the prestigious CISR (2014) and CIC (2021) designations. Relocating from Iowa to St. Petersburg in 2023, she eagerly embraced the opportunity to join the esteemed CCI team.

Hayley finds true fulfillment in building strong client relationships. The fast-paced nature of the insurance industry fuels her drive, inspiring her to consistently deliver tailored solutions that meet unique needs. Committed to personal and professional growth, she is on an unending journey to expand her knowledge and be the best she can be.

Beyond her role as a Senior Account Manager, Hayley assumes the crucial responsibility of in-house product support for Applied Systems. This strategic role leverages her adeptness in integrating cutting-edge technology to offer both staff and clients enhanced solutions that drive efficiency and elevate their experiences.

DALE GREENE

Loss Control and Safety Expert

Safety is one of Dale’s passions. He has been honing and sharpening his skill set for forty plus years. His Industrial Safety Degree came from Illinois State University. He has graduate level work in Ergonomics and Industrial Hygiene. Career choices have led him from an entry position for an international insurance carrier to Director of Safety and Loss Prevention for a national broker to the President of his own consulting firm. Over the years he has worked closely with many classes of business including Manufacturing, Contracting of every type of trade, Long-Term and Sub-Acute Healthcare, and Public Entity (City, County, State, Special Taxing Districts).

Dale acts as a safety resource and trainer for clients while being a liaison between carrier and client. He is an Authorized OSHA Instructor for both General Industry & Construction as well as Red Cross and Medic First Adult/Infant First Aid/CPR/AED. 

Dale says; “I enjoy being able to help clients with their safety and risk management needs. You know it’s the correct career path when it doesn't seem like work.”
